Before you ask
Can I change plans later?
Any time. Moving between paid plans takes effect right away, and the difference for the days left in your billing period goes on your next invoice, as a charge or as a credit toward future invoices. Moving to Free is a cancellation, so you keep your paid plan until the period ends.
What happens to my galleries if I downgrade?
They stay live and nothing is deleted. Features above your new plan switch off, and come back if you upgrade. If you’re over the new plan’s storage, uploads pause; get under it or upgrade within 60 days, or your newest galleries go offline until you do.
How do the AI Tools allowances work?
Each month, AI Tools includes 10,000 photos analyzed for Face Matching, across all your galleries. A gallery's photos are only analyzed for Face Matching once a guest uses it there. If you reach the allowance, guests can still find themselves in photos already analyzed, and new photos are analyzed from the 1st. It never runs up a bill you didn’t agree to. Agency has no Face Matching allowance. Auto-Tag is coming soon: when it launches it will be included in AI Tools with 5,000 photos a month, and will pause and tell you if you reach that.
Is storage really unlimited?
On Business and Agency, yes. Starter includes 2TB. Either way we don’t charge by the gigabyte and we don’t delete your work. If your account grows unusually fast we’ll reach out before anything changes, so you never hit a wall mid-delivery.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your billing page. You keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for. After that you’re on Free: galleries stay live, and if you’re over 5GB you have 60 days to get under it or upgrade before your newest galleries go offline. Nothing is deleted.
Is Face Matching included?
Face Matching is part of the AI Tools add-on: $29/month (or $278/year) on Business, with 10,000 photos analyzed each month, and included in Agency. Guests give explicit consent before any face processing happens, and can withdraw it at any time. Face Matching isn’t available for events held in Illinois, Texas or Washington.
